Choice cuts of lean pork, herbs, spices, and crushed black pepper combined to create our wonderful cumberland. A casserole's delight.
We marinate the pork in the cider to infuse the full flavour, add to this chopped apples and some herbs, blend all the ingredients together to our method and enjoy!
Kids love these! There's more honey than mustard making them quite sweet but very moorish - a popular choice for the barbecue.
