Grilled sausages with tomato & sage

Ingredients
6 chipolatas
1 small onion , sliced
400g tin chopped tomatoes
small handful sage leaves, chopped
3 sweet potatoes , peeled and cut into chunks

Preparation and cooking times
Ready in 30 minutes
- Heat the grill. Put the sausages in a shallow, ovenproof dish with the onion and grill for 10 minutes, turning the sausages occasionally.
- Add the tomatoes and sage. Season and stir well. Grill again for 10 minutes or until the tomatoes start to brown around the edges.
- Meanwhile, boil the sweet potato until just tender, about 7-8 minutes, then roughly crush with a little olive oil and seasoning. Serve with the sausages.
