With BBQ season upon us, Jordan and Rob were armed with the idea of a Venison, Pork and Cranberry Burger. After a few trials they believed they had perfected it.... and what can we say, there wasn't a clean plate in slight. The Venison offers a rich game taste matched by the succulents of the Pork and the sweetness of the Cranberries, this is now a firm favourite. Whether you cook these on the BBQ or gently fry them in the kitchen these will not disappoint
Pork, Venison, Water, Rusk (Wheat Flour), Cranberry (4%), Seasoning (Salt (Sulphite) Rusk (Wheat Flour, Salt), Stabiliser (E451(i)), Preservative (E221),Dextrose, Flavourings, Antioxidant (E300), Colour (E120), Black Pepper,
- To cook the burgers, preheat a large griddle or frying pan for 4 minutes on a high heat, then turn the heat down to medium.
- Place the burgers on the griddle or into the pan, then use a spatula to lightly press them down, making sure the burger is in full contact with the pan.
- Cook the burgers for 3 or 4 minutes on each side, depending on how you like them
Keep refrigerated. Once open, keep refrigerated and consume within 24hours. Do not exceed the use by date. Always store uncooked meat covered and lower in the fridge than cooked meat. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and consume within 12 months. Defrost thoroughly in a fridge before cooking and use within 24hours. Once defrosted, do not re-freeze
Wash and dry hands thoroughly before and after handling raw or cooked meat.
