Why can’t I login in?

All users’ accounts have been transferred from our old website to our new one, if you are having difficulties please try and reset your password or please feel free to give us a call

When will my Sausages arrive?

All orders are prepared the day before your delivery date and should arrive between the hours of 7am-8pm. Although we do everything in our power to make sure your Sausages arrive on the day of your choice, sometime there can be slight delays from the courier. Our foil box solution have been tested and can keep your products chilled for up to 48 hours. If you are not 100% satisfied with your delivery we want to hear about it.

How will my order be pack?

All order are placed in one of our foil box solution along with gel ice, keeping all product below 8°c for up to 48hours

What percentage of meat is in the Sausages?

We use a minimum of 80% British Quality Assured Pork across the whole Supreme Sausage range

What are your skins made of?

We use natural casings and still hand tie the Sausages the old fashioned way.

Can I track my order?

Yes, on the day of dispatch we send all tracking details to your email address. DPD will then provide you with an hours time slot.

How much is postage?

Postage and packaging is free on all orders over £50.00 Otherwise it is £8.50

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver all across the UK, Delivery time to the Highlands can be slightly longer. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to some postal areas in Scotland.

Where has the Sausage Club gone?

We have decided to remove the Sausage Club for the foreseeable future.

Can they be frozen?

Yes, all of our Sausages are freshly made and can freeze for up to 6 months, which will maintain the best quality.

Can they be cooked from frozen?

We recommend that you defrost your sausages before cooking, make sure they are hot all the way though and they are not pink in the middle

Our gift vouchers are valid for 6 months.

Discount code

When entering the discount code a penny will be removed from your basket, you will also see your discount code displayed under the word ‘Discount’ by the totals. Also a confirmation message will appear at the bottom of your screen after entering it.
You will also receive confirmation on your order email (by totals)
The rest is then up to the Supreme Team, we will add the relevant packet/s to your order 🙂
