Chilli Beef Koftas Kebabs on Wooden Skewers (Ours have a little Honey and extra Garlic!!)
Great with a cucumber & yoghurt dip
Hazel's Favourite Salad is made with rocket leaves, toasted pine nuts, sunflower seeds, roasted red pepper, tomatoes, red onion, spring onion and coriander leaves. I dressed it with some chilli infused olive oils.
Beef (80%) Water, Rusk (Wheatflour), Seasoning (Salt, Fortified Wheatflour (contains calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine),Dextrose,

Fry/griddle for 8 mins each side to an internal temperature 72˚c
Barbecue
Barbecue 8 mins each side to an internal temperature 72˚c
Keep refrigerated. Once open, keep refrigerated and consume within 24hours. Do not exceed the use by date. Always store uncooked meat covered and lower in the fridge than cooked meat. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and consume within 12 months. Defrost thoroughly in a fridge before cooking and use within 24hours. Once defrosted, do not re-freeze
Wash and dry hands thoroughly before and after handling raw or cooked meat.
The beef koftas were very well received by my husband and son (he ate 3 on his own). We had them wrapped in a Greek pitta with tzatziki. I found them too spicy but very tasty.
