Supreme Sausages have recently created a Pork, Tomato & Black Pepper Pattie/ Burger. The mix is based on the Pork, Tomato & Black Pepper Sausage and formed into a 5oz Pattie/Burger. They are fantastic in a Breakfast Bap with Bacon & Egg or simply grilled on the Barbeque and served with fried Onions.

UK Pork (80%), Chopped Tomatoes (8%), (Tomatoe Juice, Citric Acid), Rusk (Wheatflour), Tomato Puree (1%), Seasoning (Salt, Fortified Wheatflour (contains calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), Dextrose, Preservative E221 (Sulphites), Spices (white pepper, nutmeg), Emulsifier E451, Flavour Enhancer E621, Spice Extracts, Antioxidants E301). - To cook the burgers, preheat a large griddle or frying pan for 4 minutes on a high heat, then turn the heat down to medium.
- Place the burgers on the griddle or into the pan, then use a spatula to lightly press them down, making sure the burger is in full contact with the pan.
- Cook the burgers for 3 or 4 minutes on each side, depending on how you like them
Keep refrigerated. Once open, keep refrigerated and consume within 24hours. Do not exceed the use by date. Always store uncooked meat covered and lower in the fridge than cooked meat. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and consume within 12 months. Defrost thoroughly in a fridge before cooking and use within 24hours. Once defrosted, do not re-freeze
